Job description:

What you’d be doing:

·         Concepting with a copywriter to create fresh solutions to clients’ business challenges (a.k.a. advertising)

·         Art directing and designing for traditional, experiential and digital media

·         Presenting work with passion and professionalism, both internally and to clients

·         Creating Photoshop and InDesign files so tight, you could bounce a quarter off of those suckers (familiarity with Flash a plus, but no programming required)

·         Overseeing production to ensure mechanicals/final assets are up to snuff

·         Hiring and supervising vendors, such as photographers and animators

·         Staying current with the creative landscape and new technologies

·         Demonstrating enthusiasm for the work and always striving to top yourself
