Job description:

ROBLOX is looking for a senior engineer to join our web team. You will work on our gaming and virtual goods catalogs, social networking features, the ROBLOX API, translation, SEO, and various features to support our gaming client. You will also own your project from design to production.

ROBLOX is a 3D game, a social network, and a virtual economy with user-generated content – the feature set and technology stack are humungous. If you like being an engineer, ROBLOX is for you.

Requirements:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or similar
• 3+ years experience working on production high-load web applications
• 3+ years with web application stack (.NET/LAMP/ Java/Ruby), and open to working in .NET
• Experienced with HTML/DHTML/XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax
• Motivation and skills to follow through with projects from concept to design to testing
• Knowledge of Google, Yahoo, and Bing search engine indexing and spidering a plus 
• Demo examples of your past work a plus
